Korean Style Curry Rice/韩式curry饭 /카레 rice Rice / Noodles                                               
                                 
                                                                        


Generally, those curry dishes  in South East Asia are spicy, coconut juice is the main ingredient for cooking curry. We can buy the Korean style's curry powder from the Korean supermarket, it has "mild","medium" and "hot" tastes. For most of the Korean, they  use potatoes,carrot,onion,mushroom as the main ingredients; they also use sausage,luncheon meat,pork,beef,chicken too. If you are the vegetarian,you can choice vegetables only......No need to add coconut juice.

东南亚式的 curry,一般上都辣,而且都少不了用椰浆来烹调。在韩国的超级市场,可以买到包装的 curry 粉; 分为 不辣 (순한맛/ mild ),稍辣和辣,三种口味。韩国人在煮这道菜的时候,主要是采用马铃薯,红萝卜,大洋葱,蘑菇;至于肉类则是香肠,午餐肉,猪肉,牛肉或鸡肉。如果您是素食主义者,则可以完全只采用蔬菜类。。。无需加入椰浆。

                                   Cut all the ingredients into cube form...
                                   把所有的2材料切成方块粒状。。。

 
                                 Fry all the ingredients for about 3-4 minutes...
                                 将材料炒约 3-4 分钟。。。
  
                                Mix the curry powder and the water in a big bowl...
                                在一大碗里,将 curry 粉和水调均。。。



Boil it with   medium heat until all the ingredients turn soft. When  it is boiling, you have to stir it regularly, this is    because this curry gravy will become sticky. If you don't stir, it may stick at the bottom of the pot.

以中火烹调至材料变软,在煮的过程中要不断的搅拌,因为这 curry 酱会越煮越浓;如果不搅拌,锅底会烧焦。

               Put the rice on the dish, pour the ready cooked curry on the top of the rice before you serve.
            在一碟子内,放入白饭后,将煮好的curry配料淋在饭上食用。

 Ingredients:
Korean style's curry powder 100 g
meat ( beef,pork,chicken,sausage or luncheon meat) 150 g
onion (big one) 1
potatoes (big one) 2
carrot (big one) 1
vegetable oil 2 Tsp
water 3 1/2 cups
a pinch of pepper powder 
Method:
1. Cut all the above mentioned ingredients into small cube form,

2. Mix the curry powder and the water in a big bowl.

3. Fry all the ingredients with the vegetable oil, add in the pepper powder,fry for about 3-4 minutes, pour in the curry water, boil it with   medium heat until all the ingredients turn soft. When  it is boiling, you have to stir it regularly, this is    because this curry gravy will become sticky. If you don't stir, it may stick at the bottom of the pot.

4. Put the rice on the dish, pour the ready cooked curry on the top of the rice before you serve.


材料:
韩式 curry 粉 100 g
肉类 ( 牛肉,猪肉,鸡肉,香肠或午餐肉) 150 g
大洋葱 (大粒) 1 粒
马铃薯   (大粒)  2粒
红萝卜 ( 大条) 1条
食用油   2 Tsp
水  3 1/2杯 
少许的胡椒粉

做法:
1. 将以上所有的蔬菜和肉类,切成小方块状。

2.  在一大碗内,将curry粉加入水,调均,待用。

3.  在锅里,放入所有的材料,胡椒粉,用食用油轻轻的炒一炒,约3-4分钟后,倒入已调好的curry水,     以中火煮至所有的材料都熟后,才熄火。在煮的时候,要不断地搅拌,因为这curry汁,会     越煮越浓。若不搅拌,锅底会烧焦。
                  
4.   在一碟子内,放入白饭后,将煮好的curry配料淋在饭上食用。
